Johnnye Weber Bailey, 75, passed away suddenly at her home on January 24, 2012. Her husband of 56 years, Shellie M Bailey, Jr,, was by her side. Mrs. Bailey was born in Jackson, MS, on December 26, 1936 and lived the majority of her life in the Jackson area. She was a graduate of Jackson Central High School and retired from Stuart C Irby Co. after many years of service. Johnnye was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Shellie M. Bailey, Jr., sons, Steve M. Bailey of Clinton, MS, Ricky Bailey (Jackie) of Byram, MS, Rusty Bailey (Marianna) of Chattanooga, TN, and daughter, Jona Mitchell (Mike) of Raymond, MS.
Grandchildren Crystal Martin, Matthew Bailey, Mary Shellie Carr, Stephen Bailey, Lauren Wilhoit, Lee Bailey
