Joseph David Evans, 61, of the 7800 block of Camellia Road, Norfolk, VA, passed away December 11, 2011, in DePaul Hospital. He was the son of the late Harold and Arlene Evans. He was a retired Fire Fighter with the City of Chesapeake. He is survived by his daughter, Tera Dawn Shah and husband Vishal; a son, Bryan David Evans; a brother, Michael Evans; five sisters, Nina Lynn Braun and husband Tim, Mary Caraco, Pamela Tamariz and husband Ed, Christine Price and husband Rick and Patricia Lints; and three grandchildren, Meera Shah, Hastin Shah and Jade Marie Evans. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
