Joseph P. Cleary, 39, Of Westwood formerly of Marlborough passed away on July 30, 2009. He was the loving husband of Tracy Anne (Costello) Cleary. Devoted father of Christopher J. Cleary of Westwood.
Born in Buffalo, New York, he was the beloved son of William Patrick Cleary & Nancy (Wojdola) Cleary of Marlborough. Brother of Catie Cleary of Newton, Molly Megan & her husband John of Southborough and the late Brendan P. Cleary. Son in law of Paul & Jane (Linehan) Costello of Belmont. Brother in law of Brian Costello & his wife Kimberley of Weston and Michael Costello & his wife Kelli of Natick. Also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Stanton Funeral Home, 786 Mount Auburn Street (Route 16) Watertown on Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, Common St., Belmont at 10:30 A.M. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 3-8 P.M. Interment to follow in Mount Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
Late Alumnus Boston College Class of 1992 and Captain of B.C. Hockey team 1992.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the Educational & Health Fund for Christopher J. Cleary, c/o Bank of America 858 Washington St. Dedham, MA 02026 would be appreciated.
