Joseph Piazza, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 10:35 pm, age 83. Beloved husband of Helen Tescione Piazza. Father of Joseph Piazza, Jr., Robert D. Piazza, Bonnie P. Drewes and Maria P. LeBouef. Also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by four brothers and two sister.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park. Visitation on Monday from 10:00 am until service time. Donations preferred to the American Cancer Society.
