I first met Joe in 1983, and was happy that he was there because he helped make my existance on a male dominated shift much more bearable, especially putting me on patrol cars where I could at least have a decent 8 hr. shift. He looked out for me and when it came time for him to retire I was proud to be the one to put together his going away retirement party. That day I will always remember because it was the day I got married over twenty-two years ago, this how important Joe was and still is to me. I am glad you have finally found peace and that your suffering is over, make a good sleep, Joe.
