I remember when I lived there and we would listen to Whitney Houston over and over and sing in the car with your mom. Especially The Greatest Love of all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvPYXHM94DQ. Mom, I know it is almost 2 years that you have been gone, but it seems just like yesterday that we were sitting around talking, laughing, acting silly and goofy, just sitting around and enjoying each other company. Watching Lifetime together, going shopping, going out to dinner and when Brian would call we would say we was at Walmart or somewhere so he didn't know that we went out to eat without him. I hear certain songs on the radio,

Not there on Christmas morning to watch the kids open their Christmas gifts. Sometime I just don't know how I am going to make it without you.. Shala misses you dearly. She says that you were the one that she could talk to on a personal level and not judge her, just give her good advice. I wanted you to be here when she got her learners permit, then her drivers license, to her first prom night, to see your first born grandchild get married. I like to think that you helped in giving my kids good qualities about themselves. They have great manners, which I know came from you. You passed on great things to them, and I hope they will always cherish them. The funny thing about the whole message that I am putting on here is I had no intentions on even coming to this site. I was checking to see if Shanee was on face book and it came up with a different place that she uses, and underneath it was Josephine Rice obituary and I just clicked on it and here I am. I was not expecting that at all. So here I am telling you everything. I miss you so much mom. I wish I could just hold you in my arms just one more time, and have that chance to say goodbye. I hope their was no suffering in your accident. I hope it was a peaceful experience on your journey to Heaven. I love and miss you bunches Mom. Love Misty

JoJo What a dear, Haven't seen Jo in years but she has always been in my thoughts. Things I remember about Jo, she loved to talk and her and her family, I loved being around. They were always doing goofy things, the fun we had when I would spend the night!! I am so sorry for all of you, you have lost a charm. I know how much she loved all of you and her children. Jo was a special person, and I am so sorry she is gone. Love you JoJo, Joyce

Jo you have been like a sister to me in so many ways and I will always remember you and keep you close to my heart.
Misty and Harold I pray that the memories of your mom will carry you through the hard days ahead. Remember she always loved you -- even if it wasn't the way you wanted. Take comfort in knowing that she now rests in the embrace of a loving God and she has no more pain and heartache.

My memories of Jo Jo are of childhood fun with all our cousins out at the farm, and many family parties. I'll always remember. So sorry for Misty and Harold and their families and Uncle Al and Aunt Florence.

I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. She was a great person and really funny to be around. She loved each of you very much.
