Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home 519 Locust St. Owensboro, Ky. 42301 270-684-989l Joshua James Calhoun, 19 of 9080 Hwy. 56 Owensboro, died on November 22, 2009 in Owensboro, Kentucky. He was born on November 2, 1990 in Daviess County, Kentucky. He was employed by Unilever, was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, graduated from Apollo High School-2009. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing, hanging with friends and working with anything mechanical. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Jeff Calhoun. Parents: Pat & Melanie Calhoun Maternal Grandparents: Gail and Jimmy Clayton of Ashbyburg, Kentucky Paternal Grandparents: James L. and Dorothy Calhoun of St. Joseph, Ky. Maternal Grandparent: John Evans of Benton, Ky. Great Grandparents: Anita Sue and Jack Wiley of Ashbyburg, Kentucky Siblings: Jeffrey Patrick Calhoun of Owensboro, Ky. Jillian Elisabeth Calhoun of Owensboro, Ky. John Elliott Calhoun of Owensboro, Ky. Maternal Uncle: Jason Evans of Owensboro, Ky. T.A. Evans of Benton, Ky. Maternal Aunts: Lisa & Jack Jackson of Rockport, Kara & Chris Frye of Rogersville, TN Paternal Uncle: Mike and Janet Calhoun of Naples, Florida Paternal Aunt: Lisa Calhoun of Owensboro, Ky. Cheryl and David Crisp of St. Joseph, Ky. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 25 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church Visitation at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home from 2:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday and from 10:00 to 12:30pm. Wednesday at the funeral home. Prayers: 6:00pm.Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Minister: Reverend Bruce McCarty and Reverend Richard Powers will officiate The family requests expression of sympathy take the form of donations to: Joshua James Calhoun Memorial Fund Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home
