Joshua William Wimberly, 20, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away November 13, 2011. Born December 14, 1990 in Tallahassee, FL, he was a self-employed mechanic. He was a motorcycle and car racing enthusiast. Joshua is survived by his parents, William and Tina Wimberly, a sister, Brittany N. Wimberly, a niece, Mahlina Wimberly, all of Virginia Beach, VA; his maternal grandmother, Sue Staff of Damascus, VA; his paternal grandfather and grandmother, Mattie and Henry Wimberly of Georgia; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Bank of Hampton Roads.
