Joyce E. Handwork, 77, passed away Friday, November 25, 2011. A life long residence of Ft. Wayne, Joyce retired from Magnavox. She enjoyed gardening, planting flowers and taking drives up by the lake. She is survived by her children, Cathy Gamez, Kevin (Lisa) Handwork, both of Ft. Wayne and Dave (Debra) Fanning of New Haven; sisters, Shirley Hermes of Ft. Wayne, Maxine Whitney of CA and Peggy Klender of OH; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Halden and Gladis Lutz. Service is 10 am Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Monday at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
