It can be very difficult for others to understand exactly how you feel in such a time of grief, and sometimes it will feel that things will never be the same. There is a brochure entitled “When Someone You Love Dies” which you will find very comforting. This brochure was never intended to make the pain go away; however, I personally believe that it can help to give you hope and understanding. The 5 sections in the brochure cover the following topics:
1. “It Can’t Be True!”
2. Is It Normal to Feel This Way?
3. How Can I Live With My Grief?
4. How Can Others Help?
5. A Sure Hope for the Dead
Not only does it show the Bible's view of the condition of our lost loved ones and the hope of the resurrection, but it addresses the feelings that you're going through and also what you can do to help others who have lost a loved one.
The next time you see any one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, ask him/her for a free copy of this brochure, which will be enthusiastically given to you. Again, we are sorry to hear of you loss and do hope you will find comfort in these few word.

My first memories of sweet Joyce came over 50 years ago while visiting Kathy and practicing our songs around the family piano. Joyce seemed to enjoy the music and she would sit on the floor grinning up at us with her infectious smile. Watching the loving interaction between Joyce and her siblings planted seeds in my heart for when I raised my own children. I often remembered the sweet spirit I felt in your family home and wanted the same for our family. Perhaps my most vivid memory was just before Brother Dibble passed away. Pam, Mern, Kathryn, Kathy and I dropped by to sing our annual Christmas Carols. Three Angelic souls - your Mom, Dad and Joyce sat on the sofa while we attempted to sing. Tears seemed to come easy. Then we moved into the kitchen and we sang some more, only this time everyone joined in. I felt angels in room with us.
Now there is one more angle to watch over all of you. Please know how much I love and admire the Dibble family. I pray that you will feel Joyce's loving presence throughout your lives.
