RATLIFF, JOYCE L. Born December 28, 1932 in Dallas and passed away January 20, 2012 in Dallas. Survived by daughter, Linda Brockway and husband Johnny; brothers, J.L. Douglas and wife Nancy, Charles Douglas and wife Kay; sister, Janet Marsh and husband Buddy; grandchildren, Kenneth and Kaci Brockway; and great grandchild, Tyson Yokoboski. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm, Monday, January 23rd at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:30pm, Tuesday, January 24th at Restland Memorial Chapel.
