Joyce T. Reese age 77 of Dallas, Texas passed away November 12, 2011. Joyce was the fifth child born to Almer and Ethel Thompson on September 29, 1934. She was educated in the Panola County District in the city of Carthage, Texas.

On December 12, 1949, she was united in marriage to Charles L. Reese and to this union six children were born. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Charles; one daughter, Beverly. she leaves to cherish her memories five children, Harold Reese (Reba), Shirley Savannah (Winston), Charles G. Reese, Cynthia Chatman (Robert) and Terri Reese; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Sena Fite and alma Printers; one brother, Wayman Thompson; a special friend and neighbor, Rose Callahan; and a host of relatives and friends.
