Juan R. Rijo Sr. 64 Fitchburg: Juan R. Rijo Sr., of 62 Cleghorn St., died Tuesday, November 2, in HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital, after a two year battle with cancer , surrounded by his loving family. He leaves his wife of 34 years, Luz M. Sanchez, three sons, Juan R. Rijos Jr., and his wife, Maura, Juan C. Rijos, and his wife, Mildred, and Carlos A. Rijos and his wife, Won, and one daughter, Zuma Rijos and her husband, Tony, all of Fitchburg; 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Rijo was a self-employed auto mechanic in the Montachusett area for many years. He graduated from High School in the Dominican Republic. He was born in Hato Mayor, Dominican Republic, on August 31, 1945, a son of the late Abraham and Eustaguia Ruiz Peguero.
