Judi Morgan
Live, Laugh & Love
Judi Rae (Helsten) Morgan, age 62 died January 10, 2011 at home from natural causes. She was born on April 29, 1948 in SLC, Utah and lived there her whole life.
She is survived by her parents, Jack and Phyllis Helsten of St. George, Utah; son, Ryan Nicholas Morgan (Shanna), SLC, UT; Michael Jack Morgan, SLC, UT; sister, Diane (Rich) Henley, Denver, CO; brother, J. Douglas (Sue) Helsten, Orem, UT; granddaughters, Macie and Mackenzie Morgan, SLC, UT; and many nieces and nephews.
Judi graduated from Olympus High School and lived and worked in SLC in Banking, Travel, and Mortgage Loan business.
She was active in National Charity League, tennis and golf.
She enjoyed people and extended a hand of friendship to all she met. She was fun-loving, generous, and thoughtful. She had a gift for hospitality. Judi brought a level of celebration to any social gathering.
A motto of her life was to “live simply, laugh often, and love always.”
Her friends and family will dearly miss her.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 14th, 1:00 p.m. at Mountain View Memorial Mortuary, 3115 E. Bengal Blvd. (7800 So.). A gathering for family and friends will be held one hour prior to services.
