Plante-Hadlock, Judith B., was taken by the Lord on the afternoon of February 2, 2012 after a brief illness. Judith was surrounded by her husband and family in Gulfside Regional Hospice Center in Hudson, FL at the time of her death.
Judith was born in Barre , VT on July 28, 1941. She attended many schools in Vermont, finally graduating with a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Trinity College in Burlington. She married Richard C. PLante in their hometown of Barre in 1968 and had two children, Thomas and Mary Plante. She and Richard moved their family to Seminole, Florida in 1975 and Judith started teaching in the Pinellas County School System as an Elementary School Teacher (Paraprofessional) in 1980 which turned into a career lasting 22 years.
Richard passed away in 1986 and Judith met and married John Hadlock, her loving husband, in 1992. Judith retired from the School System in 2003 and John and Judith retired to their home in Pasco County at that time.
Judith was a very spiritual Catholic and was a long time member of Holy Cross, St. Matthews, and St. Thomas Catholic churches throughout her life. Her faith in the Lord will take her on her next journey.
Judith is survived by her loving husband, John Hadlock, her two loving children, Thomas and Mary Plante, her grandson John Fade IV and her two brothers, Paul and Gary Blake. She will be missed by all of the people that she has touched throughout her life.
The family asks that any and all donations be made to Gulfside Regional Hospice 6117 Trouble Creek Road New Port Richey, FL 34653 – Main Office 727-845-7254, for all of their help in making Judith's end of life the best it could have been.
