Judith A. Brinkman, 67, of 804 Miner Street, Plymouth, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at 4:00 p.m., at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Indiana Judy was born on December 16, 1944, in Plymouth, Indiana, to Donald and Anna (Espich) Muffley. Judy and James Brinkman were married on November 29, 1963, at the Pretty Lake Church, Plymouth. Judy played softball when she was younger. She was a "die hard" Chicago Cubs Fan and also a big NASCAR racing fan. Judy loved to cook. Her specialties were baking cookies and mincemeat pies, for the Holidays. She was a group leader at Hehr Manufacturing and was very active in the Women of the Moose Lodge, #1355. Judy is survived by her husband, James Brinkman; their daughters, Kristen (Barrie) Reitz of Plymouth and Judy (Lester "Frank") Ruffing of Argos, Indiana; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Zac) Livesay of Anderson, Indiana, Roseann Ruffing of Munice, Indiana, Jonathan Reitz of Plymouth, and Joseph Ruffing of Argos; her sisters, Phyllis (Gene) Gray of Plymouth and Linda (Wayne) Allen of Plymouth; her brothers, Herbert (Betty) Muffley of Ottawa, Ohio, Jimmie Muffley of Virginia, and Richard (Martha) Muffley of Plymouth. Judy was preceded in death by her son, Jimmie on September 13, 2010; her sister, Beverly; and her brothers, Fredrick and Billy. Memorials may be given to: R.F.L.
