Kessler - Judith Carol (Clark) of Fort Collins, died on March 11, 2010, at Pathways Hospice at McKee Medical Center in Loveland. She was born on September 14, 1945, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, to Warren and Gladys (Gracey) Clark. In 1981, she moved to Fort Collins with her husband, Mark. Judy, an RN, received her degree from Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, PA. During her nursing career she cared for many, working in hospitals in Johnstown, Fort Collins, Cheyenne, and Greeley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark J., parents Warren and Gladys, and sister Debbie. She is survived by her stepson Mark R., and his wife Ann (Hartoon), of Fort Collins; her stepdaughter, Jacqueline, and her husband Billy Kelly, of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania; brother Jeff Clark, and his wife Beth (Hull); sisters Barbara Gearhart, and Sharon Barsh, and her husband Jack; four granddaughters, Melody, Allison, Jane and Lilliana; and six nieces and nephews. Judy took great pride in her granddaughters and talked about them often. She was an animal lover who adored her dog Kiah. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping and many adventures across the United States and Canada with her husband, Mark. Judy was quietly self-assured, open-minded and courageous throughout her life. Visitation will be held 5 – 7 pm Monday at Resthaven Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Loveland. Interment Resthaven Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society in care of Resthaven Funeral Home.
