Julia L. Suppa, 76, of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday January 26, 2011 at La Porte Hospital. She was born November 22, 1935 in LaPorte, Indiana, the daughter of Thomas Suppa and Geneva (Elkins) Suppa. Julia had worked at Michiana Industries. Julia was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, Bill, Sam, Tony, Thomas, Robert Suppa; two sisters, Blanche Masterson, and Frona Suppa. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. where the family will receive friends Monday, January 31, 2011 from 1:00 pm, until time of service. Services will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Monday January 31, 2011 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Kay Coggins officiating. Interment will follow at the Patton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parents and Friends 2354 N. US Hwy 35 La Porte, IN 46350.
