Julia P Chieffi, 89, of Hobe Sound, FL, died June 07, 2011, at Martin Memorial Hospital South in Stuart, FL.
Born in Miami, Florida, she moved to Hobe Sound in 1999, coming from Alachua County, Florida.
She was a retired bookkeeper and had worked in the banking industry.
She was Baptist.
Survivors include her sons, George Chieffi of Darien, CT; Toby Chieffi of Kentucky; David Chieffi of Michigan; daughters, Angela Smith of Virginia; Jeanne Humble of Hobe Sound; sister, Mary Frances Walker of Miami, FL; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo Chieffi; brother, George W. Harrell and sister, Jenny Lee McDonald.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure

SERVICES: Calling hours will be 11 AM to 12:30 PM, June 10, 2011 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Young and Prill Chapel in Stuart, a Service of Remembrance will follow at 12:30 PM.
