Dear Mom, You are an inspiration! You are in our hearts forever and will never be forgotten. Thank you for the gift of life for myself, our 2 beautiful daughters and 4 beautiful granddaughters. Her humor, her love of God, her many struggles and the hard things that God handed her. She amazed me in how she lived as long as she did. Saints have a way of doing that. A few months ago, June was asking me about my personal life as I was taking care of her. She asked me if I was married, to which I replied, "No". She then asked me if I was dating anybody. I told her that I was, to which her response was, "Well make sure he loves his mother! If he doesn't love his mother then forget about him and move on!" I busted up laughing when she said this and she laughed too. I still smile when I think about this moment with June and I think I will carry it with me for the rest of my life. "June Bug", as she was affectionately called by most staff, is deeply missed by all at Park Forest.
