Justin Nathanial Vest, 22, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away at 3:40 AM, Wednesday, July 4th, at Patriot, IN. Justin was born in Lawrenceburg, IN on December 8, 1989, a son of Kelli (Bayne) and John Vest, of Rising Sun, IN. Justin attended kindergarten and first grade in Lawrenceburg. The family moved to Ohio County and he then attended Ohio County Elementary /Middle School and was a graduate of Rising Sun High School, Class of 2008. He worked as a card dealer at Bellterra Casino in Florence, IN. Justin loved hunting, fishing and being with his friends.

Justin is survived by his parents, John and Kelli Vest of Rising Sun, IN; two brothers, Jacob Vest, of St. Leon, IN; Jeremy Vest, of Rising Sun, IN; by grandparents, Jim and Shirley Koons of Ohio County, IN and Norman Bayne of Lexington, IN; and by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents Charles & Velma Vest.

Funeral Service at Markland Funeral Home, Rising Sun, IN, at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 9th, with Rev. Keith Chanley officiating. Friends are invited to call Sunday 5-8 PM. at Markland Funeral Home. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, IN. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
