Justin R. Sellers, 31, Bismarck, died October 8, 2011, at his home of natural causes. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, October 13, at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, Bismarck, with Rev. John Guthrie offiaiting. Interment will be held at the St. Mary's Cemetery, Bismarck. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, and from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, where a vigil service will be held at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue from 9:00 am until 11:00 am Thursday, October 13, at Eastgate Funeral Service and one hour prior to the service at the church. Justin Robert Sellers was born September 2, 1980, in Dickinson, ND, to Larry Sellers and Julie (Dolajak) Sellers Ternes. He attended Cathedral Grade School and graduated from St. Mary's Central High School in 1999. Justin held various jobs while he lived in Bismarck, including Bob's Photo, Cedric Theel, Prairie Knights, but his most interesting "job" was the 6 years he spent in Vegas "working" the Texas Hold-Em poker tables. Back in Bismarck, he thoroughly enjoyed his most recent job with Kuntz Trucking. Two words to describe Justin – big and large – had nothing to do with his size. He had a big, loving heart and his personality was larger than life in his ability to have fun and make others laugh. He had an infectious smile, easily made friends, and wasn't afraid to talk to anyone. He loved to tease and give people a bad time, and loved practical jokes. He loved to fish, grill outdoors, sit and visit around the campfire, play poker, and shoot pool, having recently joined a pool league with his brother. We are so proud of the way Justin, his brother, his cousins and his friends stepped up to the plate during the sandbagging (and removal) and was instrumental in helping his grandpa save his home during the summer flood. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Julie and Leo Ternes, his father, Larry Sellers, his brother and best friend, Eric Sellers, his grandmother, Anne Sellers, his grandfather, Bob Dolajak and friend Martha Seibel, his step-brothers, Gary (Felicia) Ternes, Leo (Rebecca) Ternes, Aaron (Lisa) Ternes, Dan (Lisa-fiance') Ternes, his step-sisters Claudette (Jamie) Bosch, Bernadette Ternes, special family friend, Kathy Perkerewicz, his uncles and aunts, Bob (Deb) Dolajak, Al (Virginia) Dolajak, and Brenda Dolajak, and his cousins, Jessie, Chris (Alli), Lance (Lisa), Lee (Kim), Lynne, Liz, Josh (Sam), Eli, and Isaiah Dolajak, Lindsey (Bert) Frishman, Lisa (Wade) Pulkrabek, Lori (Bobbie) Ball, and Miranda (Richie) Klatt, his truest friend, Doug Shipman, his poker mom and dad, Brian and Yvonne Day, and many other great friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Paulina Dolajak, his grandfather, Larry Sellers, Sr., and his uncle, Vern Dolajak. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
