Memorials may be given to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Our beloved daughter and sister lost her battle with cancer on March 29, 2004. She was surrounded by her family at the time of her death. She was born in Kansas City, MO to her parents Howard and Judy Weidinger on March 5, 1966. She was raised and lived in St. Charles, MO. She attended St. Charles Borromeo Elementary, St. Phillipine Duchesne High School, and a graduate of Northeast Missouri University. She just celebrated her 38th birthday. Karen worked as a mortgage specialist with Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation. She dedicated her life to her local community, friends, and family. She was an active member of Women’s Council of Realtors, St. Charles Board of Realtors, Con Trios Club and was a lifetime member of the St. Peters Jaycees for the last 15 years. She will be deeply missed by her parents, her sisters Debbie (Rick) Povis and Kathy (Roger) Thomp-son, her nieces Angie and Jackie Weidinger and Danielle Thomp-son, her nephews Nicholas Shuck and Ryan Thompson all of St. Charles and her many friends.
