Kathleen "Katie" Boll, 49, Fergus Falls, MN, formerly of Breckenridge, MN, died September 23, 2006 at the Broen Memorial Home, Fergus Falls.
Kathleen was born November 12, 1956 in Breckenridge, MN, the daughter of Ted and Hilda (Martell) Boll. She grew up in Breckenridge and attended Breckenridge schools, graduating from Breckenridge High School in 1975. Katie then attended North Dakota State College of Science and worked at Trinity Day Care in Wahpeton, ND.
On October 19, 1981, Katie began working at 3M in Wahpeton, where she has since been employed. During her employment at 3M and Imation, Katie held the positions "Temp. Supervisor" for five years, and was most recently "Cell Coordinator."
Katie enjoyed reading, baking, doing crafts and relaxing at the lake. She truly enjoyed her two pet dogs and spending time with her family and friends.
Katie's family would like to thank all of her friends, her relatives and her co-workers from Imation who visited, sent cards and called her during the many years she was ill. They would also like to thank Dr. Etzell and his staff from Fergus Falls Medical Group. She was blessed to have such caring people in her life.
Katie is survived by: Her sisters: Vicki (Scott) Forbes, Edina, MN; and Becky Boll, Breckenridge, MN; Her brother: Richard (Lori Joy) Boll, Vergas, MN; Her nephew and niece: Jeffrey and Emily; Her two dogs: "Poopers" and "Bailey."
She was preceded in death by: Her parents: Theodore "Bud" and Hilda "Gert" Boll
Visitation: Friday, September 29, 2006, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge, MN
