CUYAHOGA FALLS – Kathleen Neubauer, 83, went to be with the Lord July 29, 2011, peacefully passing in her home surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Neubauer was born in Niagara Falls, NY and has resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1959. She was active in the United Presbyterian Church of Cuyahoga Falls as member of Rebecca Circle, Deacons and serving funeral dinners.

Preceded in death by her sister, Lillian Nelson, she is survived by her husband of 60 years, Lawrence, daughters, Wanda (John) Hicks of Akron, Eileen Moore of Akron, Sue (Don) Wells of Cuyahoga Falls, Cindy Neubauer of Silver Lake and Cheryl (Victor) Noviski of Mentor; grandchildren, James, Crystal, Casey, Dana, Michelle, David, Cory, Mark, Daniel, Sarah and David; great-grandsons Jeremiah, Jayden, Dustyn, Cameren, Bryden and Ayden; brothers, Oren (Norma) Cooper, Wayne Cooper, Harold (Billie) Cooper and Jerry (Joyce) Cooper and many nieces nephews and friends.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to Hospice of Summa and her caregivers for their compassion and care.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 2 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls and Wednesday, August 3 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the United Presbyterian Church, 2819 Hudson Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Rev. J Ross Slaughter officiating. Final resting place Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorials may be made to her Church. Arrangements handled by Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
