Kathleen (Tailby) Forrest, 59, of Long Beach, California passed away on Monday March 4, 2013.

Kathleen is survived by her parents, John and Shirley Tailby of Hot Springs Village, two sisters: Sandra Runyon (Calvin) of Hempstead, TX; Leanne Tingay (William) of Barre, VT; and 3 cousins.

A Memorial service will be held at Village United Methodist Church on March 19, 2013 at 1:00pm with George Tanner officiating. A reception will be from 2-4 at the DeSoto Club in Hot Springs Village.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Kathleen's honor to Village United Methodist Church.
