Kaylee was born on July 19, 2012 and passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.

Kaylee was a resident of Franklin, Ohio at the time of her passing.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with John Parks officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 am ' 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made at any Fifth/Third Bank branch to the Baby K Memorial Fund.
