1. Kenny was like a brother to me and my family. My home was alway open for him to come in.Hes been a friend for 13 years,Always wanting to do for you.I call him our Shepherd, looking after his flock.(Kenny never ask for nothing in return.)He will trudy be missed,Always in my HEART.I wont say good bye.Ill see you one day. 2. Kenny has been my friend & neighbor for about 1o years. I enjoyed working with him on the board of the HOA. I enjoyed hanging at the pool with him. We both had Lexington, KY in common also. I will never forget his accent, his distinctive voice & the things he said. He is one in a trillion! I will miss him SO very much. He always made me smile & helped me with alot of things, like introducing me to Jerry & all my new friends at Payson.
   Thank you Kenny for all that you have done to make the world a better place with your awesome, fun personality & your kindness. Thank God I did have a wonderful conversation with you a couple weeks ago. Your memory will always be alive & well in our hearts & minds!

   Thank You God for lending Kenny to us for a time. I know he is back with you & comforted by your love.
   I know I will see him again in heaven & that is a comfort to me.

3. I met Kenny in 1979, I think, at Payson Park. He was working for John Nazereth and I was working for Donny Wimpheimer. Kenny was kind and joyful and very persistent, determined to become friends. He had a very simple and clear take on life, and called things as he saw them. I was most impressed with Kenny when he told me that he had always found away to feed himself during tough times. There was a time when he had no work or money and he climbed fences to pick avocados to sell by the side of the road. After he told me that story, I knew I could always count on him to come through for a friend in a pinch. One season at Payson, we were trying to earn money to return to KY, and we cleaned cars, detailing I guess, for $50. It seemed like SO much money then!

   After I moved back to NY, Kenny married Peggy, and then Miriam, and he seemed so happy! I was very glad for him. Every now and then, he would call, out of the blue, to catch up and say hello. The last time he called me, I was upset with my family for acting badly (as teenagers will do,) and Kenny said, "Why doesn't their daddy kick their backsides? (That's not the word HE used.) I still smile when I think of that moment because of course, he was right. That's exactly what should have happened. Then he offered to come to NY and do the honors!

   Looking back, I had no idea that that would be the last time I heard his voice.

   He was a good person, he was a great friend, and he will always have a special place in my heart. I will miss him.
