Mr. Kenneth Joseph Bennett Sr., age 79, of McDonough, GA passed away November 24, 2011. Mr. Bennett was born in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of the late Frances Bennett. He served his country in the US Army. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and helping other people. Survivors are his children, Noreen Bennett Stevens of McDonough and Kenneth Joseph Bennett Jr. (Susan) of McDonough; grandchildren, Jason Stevens (Brandi) of McDonough, Jeff Stevens (Tara) of Locust Grove, Chris Stevens (Lori) of McDonough, Ashley Stevens of McDonough and Morgan Bennett of McDonough; great grandchildren, Tyler Stevens, Nevaeh Stevens, Hayden & Beau Stevens, Cash Brewer, and Jordan Greene. A memorial service for Mr. Bennett will be Friday, December 2, 2011 – 4:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
