Good, Kenneth Marston Passed away Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Texas from complications arising from Leukemia. He was well loved and will be missed by his family and friends. Mr. Good was born on August 3, 1944 in Wichita, Kansas, the son of Forest and Ruby Dee Good. He graduated from SMU with a master's degree in real estate finance and started his career with Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas. As a young boy, he for-told his own future when he hand-crafted his own monopoly set. He completed his first major development transaction at the young age of 22 and through-out his life was responsible for major developments in Dallas, Denver, and Tampa. Ken was extremely well known for his amazing vision when it came to real estate and his ability to structure seemingly impossible deals. Always the optimist, he was a master of the art of the deal. As a person, he was known for his patience, his generosity, and his persistance. Mr. Good is survived by his wife, Carmen Good, his children, Ken Jr., Lily, Tiffany, and Tony, grandchildren, Eric, Jacob, Lauren, and Faith, his brother Wally Good, and his sister, Ernestine Holmes. He was a spectacular father that will be missed dearly by all four of his children. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Services will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 3:30pm at the Restland Memorial Chapel, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that honorary donations be made to the Charles A. Sammons Baylor Cancer Center, 3535 Worth St., Dallas, TX 75246.
