Kent L. Blanchard, 50, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Moline, IL, died Tuesday, December 6, 2011, in Phoenix, AZ.

The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2011 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. There will be a visitation one hour prior to service time. Memorials may be made to the family.

Kent was born on August 26, 1961 in Moline, IL, the son of Carl and Paula Ruby (Olin) Blanchard. He married Martina Malone. He was self employed.
