Lewis, LaVerne age 70, born August 3, 1941 in Shreveport, La and passed away on January 8, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Lewis; daughter, Rhonda Baker and husband David, son, Ron Lewis and wife Lori; step-daughters, Deborah Porter and husband, Kenny, Sharon Crain and husband, Ron; three grandchildren, Jerry, John and Renee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Bertha Windsor and one brother, Billy Windsor.
