Laurie Varice Wilson lost her battle with cancer on Thursday, May 26, 2011. She was born on March 4, 1961 in Pampa, Texas. Laurie was a Certified Nursing Assistant and a published poet.

Laurie is survived by her husband William Wilson; one daughter Mary Hining; one son Will Wilson; her mother Mary Stuart; one sister Leah Roberts; two brothers Jerry Jones and Layne Greer; one grandson Connor Smith; three aunts, Maurine Warr, Martha Kovacs and Marsha Stuart; two uncles, Dan and Don Stuart and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all.

A Memorial service will be 1:00pm Friday, June 3, 2011 at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas (501) 455-1067. Memorials may be made to the charity of choice in lieu of flowers.
