To the Roberson Family, Gary was a Southern gentleman. It was my privilege to serve with him on the USS Francis Marion, and later visit with him in Chesapeake. I look forward to one day singing those Hank Williams and Eagles songs again with him. I have many good memories from those days past.

To the family of Gary Roberson, especially Carolyn & Clint: Gary was not only a classmate at Hanahan High but also a neighbor 2 doors down the street. We spent so many days playing sports, hunting in the swamps, and hanging out together in the community. As said by others, he was a great friend and first class person. A kind and gentle individual. To the family of Gary Roberson. I knew Gary from our time together at Hanahan High School in South Carolina. We were classmates and played football together. We hung out beyond school and sports as well. Gary was one of the nicest and most friendly laid back guys I ever knew. He was a great personal friend and was liked by all. He will be missed tremendously by his classmates. I wish you well during this time of sorrow. Know in your heart how special Gary was to many people.

I am very sorry for your loss I new Gary for the past twenty years working with him several years at Henry's. He was a very nice person and always a pleasure to be with.
