Lee leaves to cherish his memory: Wife, Sandra Smith; 2 sons, Reginald and Reuben Smith; siblings, Percy Smith Jr. and Alma Cooper-Scott; 2 daughters-in-law, Anissa M. and Mildred Smith; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; the Mt.
