Leslie Alan Lovesee of Kansas City, MO died Nov. 19, 2011 at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO. Les was born June 22, 1957 in Wichita, KS to Donald and Nancy Lovesee. Les graduated from Park Hill High School in 1975.
Les and Kathie were married and sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple on July 15, 1980.
Les was a Senior Network Consultant for Network Integration Services from Nov. 2000 until the time of his death. He began working in the computer industry in 1976.
Les was very active in Boy Scouts and helped many young men earn the rank of Eagle. He held many church callings, but was best known as the Gospel Doctrine Teacher. He enjoyed designing and building many things, including pine wood derby cars.
He is survived by his wife Kathie of the home; his daughters, Jennifer Lovesee-Mast (Jeff), Lucie Lovesee-Edwards (Paul), and Lesley (Lovesee) Thalman (Scott); grandchildren, Ensley and Arizona; his mother, Nancy; his grandmother, Louise Parker; his brothers, Philip and Alex Lovesee and their wives; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Emalie Lovesee and father, Donald W.
Visitation services will be 6-8 PM Friday November 25, 2011 at White Chapel. Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the White Chapel Cemetery.
