Mrs. Lilllian C. (nee Johanson) Stedronsky

LILLIAN C. STEDRONSKY (nee Johanson) passed away peacefully on December 31, 2011, preceded in death by her late husband, Joe. She was born on September 3, 1923 to Andrew and Johanna (nee Ohlsson) Johanson. Lillian is survived by her brother George (Gloria) Johanson. Other deceased siblings include Agnes, Nora, Al and Walter. She is the loving aunt of Robert Johanson (deceased) (Elsie), Virginia (Johanson) Spencer, Anders Johanson, Dr. Michael Johanson (Jan), Jonathan Freeman, and Paula (Freeman) Vida (Vic), and many Great and Great, Great Nieces and Nephews. Lillian was honorably discharged from the United States Army when the war ended in 1946. She, (Miss "Jo"), was a head nurse for many years in the Psychiatric Unit of the VA Hospital, retiring in 1979. Lillian will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. A special "thank you" to her care givers over the past year. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church, 7171 Pearl Road, Middleburg Hts., Ohio 44130 on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 11 A.M.
