Linda A. Fitzgerald, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2011, in her home. She was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Frank W. and Marion R. Benton. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, David R. Fitzgerald; 3 children, Dawn F. Queen and her husband Randy, Craig Fitzgerald and his wife Kathleen and Diana F. Holton and her husband O.T.; her sister, Dana B. Dekker; and her brother, Kevin Benton; 8 grandchildren, Drew, Amy, Ava, Olivia, Owen, Eli, Brett and Eric. Her beloved Sandy also survived her. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, April 8, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel by Reverend Heath Burris. The burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. A visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, April 7, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
