Linda Jean Lunsford Wickware, age 56 of the Hopewell community in Springfield, died Friday, January 20, 2012 at the home of her daughter in Springfield. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 23, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Bridge Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Thomas Scharkley, III officiating. Burial will follow in Bridge Hill Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 until 7 pm at Robertson County Funeral Home and Monday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the church. Mrs. Wickware was born Januray 28, 1955 in Robertson County to the late Robert Eddie Lunsford Sr. and Betty Jane Johnson Lunsford. She was a member of Bridge Hill Missionary Baptist Church, where she was on the usher board, and was employed at Hinkle Chair Company. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. M. Wickware. She is survived by her daughter, Toni Michelle Lunsford of Springfield; son-in-law, Rodney Ewing of Springfield; brothers, Robert Eddie Lunsford, Jr., Bobby Ray Lunsford, Sr., James Robert Lunsford, and David Wayne Lunsford, all of Springfield; sister, Betty Lucas of Springfield; brother-in-law, Phillip Lucas of Springfield; granddaughter, Samaria Jane Lunsford; nieces, Kristy Lucas, Kesha Lunsford, and Kanisha Lunsford; and nephews, Bobby Lunsford, Jr., Robert Eddie Lunsford III, Jonathan Lunsford, and Darius Lucas.
