LOIS ANN BOWEN

Mrs. Lois Ann Bowen, 74, died August 24, 2009 at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach, FL.

She graduated from Winchester High School in 1951. She was a graduate of the Christian College in Columbia, MO and Ball State University in Muncie, IN.

She was born in Winchester, IN and lived in Vero Beach 13 years coming from Muncie, IN.

She was a member of Delta Theta Tau in Winchester, IN, Nassau Swim Club and the Delaware Country Club both in Muncie, IN and Grand Harbor Country Club in Vero Beach, FL.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Richard Bowen of Vero Beach, FL; son & daughter-in-law, John and Debra Bowen of Port Charlotte, FL. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Richard Bowen.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 3375 20th Street, Suite 100, Vero Beach, FL 32960 in memory of Lois Ann Bowen.

SERVICES: Viewing will be 4-6 PM on August 27, 2009 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach, FL. Funeral Service will be 12 Noon on August 28, 2009 at Strunk Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
