Lois Loree Parse, 84, of Loveland died on September 25, 2010 at North Shore Health and Rehab in Loveland. She was born on July 3, 1926 in Smith Center, KS, to Henry L. and Jessie May (Hannan) Rosenkrans. She graduated from East High School in Denver. On December 14, 1946, she married the love of her life, Joel D. Parse, in Denver. He passed away on August 10, 2010. She loved to play cards with friends, and often by herself. She enjoyed taking pictures and keeping a daily diary. She loved family gatherings and special events. Lois was a devoted mother and wife for 63 years of marriage. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers, Wayne and Paul, and a sister, Myrna. She is survived by a son, Kirby Kent Parse of Hawaii; a daughter, Linda Loree and husband, Dick Wiglesworth of Loveland; a sister, Ila; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. A Double Memorial Service for Lois and Joel will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Double inurnment of cremated remains Resthaven Memory Gardens.
