Loretta Marie Austgen (Cullen) of Winfield, Illinois, formerly of Lowell, born June 27, 1919 in Whiting, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012. She was the wife of Leonard (deceased), mother of Robert (Elizabeth), and James (deceased). Grandmother of James (Karen), and Gretchen Freitag (Thomas), Great- grandmother of Cameron, Tyler, Braeden, and Robbie. She was also preceded in death by her Father Robert H Cullen, Mother Olive, and Brother Robert F Cullen. She was a Second Grade Teacher at McArthur School in Cedar Lake for over 20 years. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 5th from 9:30-10:30 at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave. in Lowell followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St Edward Catholic Church, 216 S. Nichols, Lowell at 11AM. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery with Fr.
