When I first join 120 Sunny was always one of the many that pushed me to get my certifications. He would always joke with me and I would joke back.. I would do anything for Sunny no questions asked. He was a great friend and a better Fireman. I will miss him very much but will never forget him. Even the new fireman that we get I tell them about Sunny.

Sonny, today is 1 week since your service and in many ways it has been a difficult day.I miss you so much sometimes I don't know where to run and where to hide. You would have been so proud brother, people came from far and wide to celebrate your life and you have made so many people proud and your memory will live forever,Even Congress Nick Rahall came to say goodbye to you. Please know that I will love you for all the days of my life, and will never stop missing you and my life has forever changed.Today is fathers day and I know you are celebrating with Dad,I bless you my brother,God bless you.Always know that you have never been more loved by anybody as much as you are loved by Your twin sister,Linda and your baby sister Lou,you were the best brother we ever had and nothing could ever change that.Rest easy now and know that someday the three of us will be together again.I love you.The firemen all miss you terribly. You touched so many lifes and I am so proud of you.

Mary Moran and Family,
So sorry to hear about Sonny. I remember him from our days at the Credit Bureau. I was out shopping when the longest funeral procession I have ever seen came by with cars, firetrucks, ambulances, and police vehicles. I knew it was someone from your area, and was shocked when I looked online and saw Sonny's name. Sonny obviously knew a lot of people and was well liked. I am sorry for your loss and love you.
