Louis Provencher passed on 11-12-09, after a valiant battle with cancer at the home of his daughter in Suwanee, GA. at the age of 88. He is pre-deceased by his wife of 50 years Rita and his son Norman. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Linda (Provencher) and Pat Frey of Suwanee, his son Barry Provencher of Suwanee, his two sisters Doris Faucher (Norman) and Theresa Faucher of Biddeford, ME, daughter-in-law Sue Provencher of Moorpark, CA, 5 grand children and 10 great grandchildren. He served in WWII in the Army. He retired as a master machinist from Bendix Corporation. He has left many friends and acquaintances and will be sorely missed from California to Florida to Maine. A viewing will be held on, Friday, 11-20-09 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at: Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2853 Sunset Pointe Road, Clearwater, FL, 33759. Catholic services will be held on Saturday, 11-21-09 at 1:30 p.m. at the same location. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made (in his name) to: Mission’s Fund at John’s Creek United Methodist Church, 11180 Medlock Bridge Road, John’s Creek, GA 30097.
