Louise Ann Mario, age 62 and a lifelong resident of West Scranton, passed away Friday morning. Born in Scranton on July 22, 1949, Louise was educated at West Scranton High School. Prior to her illness, she had worked as a personal care aide for Minelli's Kozy Comfort Assisted Living for over 30 years. Of Roman Catholic faith, she was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Parish in Clarks Summit. She was an excellent knitter and an avid concert goer whose favorite musician was Tracy Byrd. A loving mother, sister and dear friend, she will be forever missed and never forgotten. She is survived by her children, her son, Bobby Baldwin of Scranton, and her daughter, Melissa Joubert of Jessup; her sister, May Day of Scranton; five grandchildren; and dear friends, Frank and Dottie Minelli of Clarks Summit. Blessing services, to be conducted by Msgr. James J. McGarry, have been scheduled for Tuesday at 7:00PM in the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue in West Scranton. Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 5:00PM until the time of service.
