DILLON – Louise M. Dillon, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 11, 2010. She was the loving wife of John Dillon for 41 years. Born June 2, 1950 in Torrington, CT; the daughter of Kathleen (Carey) Kantor of Goshen and the late Howard Sterling. Louise enjoyed scrap-booking, gardening, walking her dog Coco, fishing and Betty Boop. She was a very loving and unselfish person who also enjoyed caring for and helping people. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a son, John Dillon of Torrington; a daughter, Tina Webb and her husband David of Winsted; four sisters, Marlene Kelley of Goshen, Kate Browne of AZ, Millicent McDonald of AZ and Cheryl Hislop of Torrington; five grandchildren, Tanya, Ashley, Melissa, Jasmine and Aaron; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Howard Sterling and step-father, George Kantor. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at St. Joseph Church, Winsted at 11 AM. Burial will be held at St. Francis Cemetery, Torrington. Friends may call on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.
