Louise Reed Martin

(Nicky) was born August 21, 1912 in New Market Indiana and joined the Lord in heaven on June 18, 2012. She is the daughter of John Milton and Elizabeth Emily Reed. She graduated from New Market High School in April 1931 and came to Dallas in March of 1933. She was married to Ira O. Martin on July 12, 1934 to which two children were born: a son, Harold D. Martin and a daughter, Martha L. Martin. She was employed for several years by Gall Fashion Jewelry Co of Dallas, was also active in the church, having taught Sunday school classes for several years. She was a member of Full Gospel and Assembly of God churches and accepted the Lord as her savior at age 10. She is survived by her two children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
