Lucille Lillian Freeman of Spiro, Oklahoma was born August 9, 1931, in Bloomer, Arkansas to Bill Jeffcoat and Ruth Fuller and passed away January 22, 2009, in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 77.

She is survived by;
