Luke Allen Vanderhoef age 21 of Marion MI passed away suddenly on Saturday October 27, 2012. Luke was born on September 6, 1991 to Robert Vanderhoef and Angela Alberts. He attended Marion High School and graduated in 2010. Luke was a dedicated, hard working, driven individual. He enjoyed hunting, mud trucks and spending time farming. First and foremost to Luke was his family. He will be deeply missed. Luke is survived by his parents Robert Vanderhoef and Angela (Jerry) Britton; His brother Mathew (Elvia) Duddles, and sister Liza Vanderhoef; grandparents Janice Alberts, Richard and Arleta Vanderhoef, and his great-grandmother Margret Alberts. He was preceded in death by his sister Karri Duddles, and grandfather Lester Alberts. Services will be held on Thursday Nov. 1st at 1:00pm at the Leota Community Church 1946 Muskegon Rd. Harrison MI 48625, with visitation beginning at 11 until the time of service. Memorial contributions in his name are asked to be given to the family. Arrangments are being handled by Fosnaught- Holdship Funeral Home, 406 E. Main St. in Marion, Michigan 49665, (231) 743-2411.
