Lyle Joseph Morgan, 58, of Kansas City, Missouri, went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2012. Lyle was a courageous, strong, loving man who, despite living with the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis on his physical body for many years, had a personality that remained vibrant and alive.
Lyle never met anyone who didn't become an instant friend, and was passionate about sharing his faith with strangers, family, friends, actually, anyone who'd listen!
Lyle was born in Kansas City, MO on July 25, 1953 to Lyle D. and Marie (Spano) Morgan. He was preceded in death by his father Lyle, and is survived by his wife of 35 years, Theresa, son, Cole who he was so very proud of; his mother, Marie Burton; sisters Lynne Collins (and husband Rob), Cheri Burton, Tony Morgan, Lyanna McKinney; brothers Mike Burton and Gary Morgan and several nieces and nephews whose name for him was simply "uncle." Lyle will be sorely missed by all of us.
Friends may call from 6-8 PM Wednesday January 18, 2012 at White Chapel Funeral Home.
